Let's say you do not have a job and you have no income what-so-ever and where you live has not been painted for like 7 or 8 years. You need paint to disinfect and rid the walls and ceiling from very old germs which can be controlled by using a handy dandy clean rag and Fantastic; however, it still is not the same as actually PAINTING!
People in this situation should not only receive foodstamps but a can of paint to at least paint the inside of their homes while they keep searching for a job, in my humble opinion.
Poor people are humans too. I am serious about giving out paint!
