The book exists because...

if it's a make believe book, then it's implied that it has been made. But purely as a thought. This is what you believe. But regardless whether something exists in the external world or in our minds, it exists non the less. Just a different entity. In any case all our senses are controlled by and experienced in the mind. You’re not seeing a tree. It's a tree presented by your eyes to your mind. Either way the book exists where all other being exists.

I.E. The book exists as much as the text you see before you...

You inferred that this place had become somewhat famous due to a Canadian incident with the Green party and illicit drugs, it was then, whether by you or someone else, that John shavluk's name was mentioned - I put two and two together and came up with something you think is shit - fair enough too.

I'm done with the interest on who you are as I do not wish to distress you with it - was never my intention, I'm quite happy to have a new poster by the name of sway to post without disturbance.
