I've become rather dissillusioned with the site but haven't given up on it completely. What I really hate is how, when it's redirecting me to a page (I don't want to go) I have to open task manager, select iexplorer and end process to close the program, otherwise it ignores me clicking on the X in the corner. What scared me once is it made the "dowload complete" noise/chime as if it downloaded something without even notifying me. Nothing has screwed up on my computer but it's a huge WTF

They are a stick for swizzling (stirring in a funky way) your cocktail to enhance the flavour by mixing, they come in many different varieties - it is not uncommon to have a swirl at the top with which to gain a firmer purchase with your now uncoordinated fingers, often they are decorated with baubles and flags etc.

I can't even remember what swizzle sticks are. They're either something ladies put in their hair, some kind of stir straw or some kind of candy, though a $15 candy would be ridiculous.

Swizzle sticks are great for stirring cocktails - the older ones are big sellers on the 2nd hand market - $15 Aus is not uncommon for good ones.
