Well Its been long time since I experienced weather like that. We had a really bad winter in 1962-63 and a cold snap in 1981 but since then its been pretty much a case of mild winter followed by humid summer. The best condition are in the spring and autumn. Global warming is pretty easy to believe, when your living on this Island. I often wonder if that is part of the reason that we are more convinced over here than many of you guys living in the middle of a vast continent.
I don't think geography has anything to do with Americans ignorance about climate change. I think it has everything to do with the fact that so many Americans are stupid enough to believe that they have a right to be stupid and still voice their opinion as if it mattered.
