The best way to deal with anger is to channel your aggression or curb it by using the energy you have there to do something positive to release the stress. That very valuable energy could be used in sports like boxing, running, football, baseball, and mountain climbing.

People who like to write like authors who write horror stories could have developed their violent edge in a more positive way like instead of actually doing those things they just write about it creatively. Hate, anger, down right disgust, are human qualities we all have. Proper management of all these emotions is what makes a person stable and it keeps them from becoming violent criminals even when they are provoked. Now the psychologically psychopathic murderer surely must have his psychiatric treatment ailing for serious attention. Studies about how they became who they are without thinking about the consequences like maybe Capital Punishment does help because we can try to prevent this behavior from occurring in some way. However, you cannot stop the mind from thinking. People will still hate. By the way, how violent is a person that defends himself? Is that violence?

Thank you.

Horrible? Yes. We ain't in heaven yet.

Yeah right. Give a youngster a rated R script and have him read it. That'll surely be the ONLY reason the kid stabs a body 200 times like I read in this news report and/or post. (sarcasm intended)

There definitely MUST be alot of other reasons and probably insane ones.

Thank you
